Do you only install air conditioning, or do you offer repairs and maintenance too?

We offer a full range of services. As well as fitting new systems, we carry out repairs for existing customers and provide ongoing maintenance to keep your air conditioning performing at its best. We also offer My Home Protect – our air conditioning protection packages that include routine servicing and emergency callout cover on a pay-monthly basis.

What is My Home Protect?

My Home Protect is our care and cover plan for air conditioning. It’s designed to give you complete peace of mind after your system is fitted. Your plan includes scheduled servicing to keep your unit in top condition and access to emergency callout support if something goes wrong. Plans are available on a flexible pay monthly structure, so you’re never hit with a large unexpected bill.

How long does installation take?

In most cases, a standard home air conditioning installation is completed within a day. The exact duration can vary depending on the number of units being fitted and the complexity of the installation. We’ll give you a clear timeframe during your survey so you know exactly what to expect.

Will you need to make changes to my home during installation?

Our engineers work as neatly and efficiently as possible, taking care to minimise disruption to your home. Some pipework and cabling will need to be run, typically through external walls, but we aim to keep any impact as tidy and unobtrusive as possible. We’ll talk you through what’s involved during your survey.

Do you offer a home survey before installation?

Yes. Before any work begins, we arrange a survey – either in person at your home or via video call, whichever suits you best. This allows us to properly assess your space, confirm the right system for your needs and give you a clear, accurate quote.
