Job Role Requirements:

We are currently seeking an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our growing team.
We are a Shropshire-based air conditioning and energy solutions company, supporting both domestic and commercial clients across the region.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally within a technical or service-based environment.

Your duties on site will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Scheduling engineers’ appointments and coordinating diaries
  • Raising and processing job sheets, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate customer and job records
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and health & safety records
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Professional and approachable manner
